I'm Victoria Mylan Mobley, I'm 17 years old, and I am the founder of Girl Yes You Can, a youth empowerment organization created to help girls find their voice, build confidence, and discover their power.
My journey started when I was very young. For the past 6 years, I have been growing, learning, performing, leading, and advocating through different experiences that shaped who I am today. I didn't always have everything figured out, but I learned that confidence, faith, and using your voice can change everything.
🩺 My Health Journey
One of the most important parts of my story is my health journey. I was diagnosed with uveitis, an autoimmune eye condition, at a young age. Living with uveitis has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of advocating for your own health.
Instead of letting it silence me, I chose to use my voice to bring awareness to uveitis and autoimmune diseases. This experience is a big reason why Girl Yes You Can includes health awareness as one of its core pillars, because I know what it feels like to need understanding, support, and education.
👑 Pageant Titles & Achievements
I'm a 3-time Georgia state titleholder and a 1-time national titleholder.

- Miss Georgia's Junior National Teenager 2024
- Miss Locust Grove Teen 2025
- USOA Teen Georgia Titleholder
- Various regional pageant awards including talent, modeling, and photogenic recognition
These experiences taught me discipline, confidence, communication, and how to represent something bigger than myself.
🎭 Performing Arts & Modeling
- Leading roles in theater productions such as Moana Jr., The Wizard of Oz, Matilda the Musical, and Shrek the Musical
- Performing in competitive one-act plays and earning regional recognition
- Modeling in fashion events including New York Fashion Week experiences and other runway opportunities
The arts taught me how to express myself, step into confidence, and tell stories without fear.
🤝 Community Service
Giving back is one of my greatest passions. I have completed 500 community service hours, earning the Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
Serving my community taught me that real leadership is about lifting others up.
💜 Girl Yes You Can
Girl Yes You Can is the heart of everything I do. This platform was created to remind girls that they are powerful, capable, and worthy of every dream they have. Through leadership, health awareness, confidence-building, creative expression, education, and service, we help girls grow into strong young women who lead with purpose.
Our Mission: Find Your Voice. Discover Your Power.
I believe every girl has a voice that matters and a purpose that is bigger than her fears.
💜 My Vision
My vision is to grow Girl Yes You Can into a national empowerment movement that includes:
- Workshops and conferences
- Scholarships
- Youth leadership programs
- Health advocacy initiatives
- Creative arts and confidence training
- Speaking opportunities across schools and communities
I want girls everywhere to feel seen, heard, and empowered to step into who they are meant to be.
💕 Closing
Everything I have experienced, my health journey, my performances, my leadership roles, my challenges, and my wins, has led me here. And now I want to use it to help other girls realize one thing:
Girl, yes you can.
Find Your Voice. Discover Your Power.
Xoxo, Victoria Mylan 💕
